with level 1/2 support + service request/service delivery/ticketing/remedy/itil
Must have excellent communication skills;bpo/international exposure preffered

Competencies Required Desktop Engineer with experience in Installing, Troubleshooting Win OS issues.
Deep understanding of Registry; Creation and implementation of GPO
Experience in creating print queues and troubleshooting will be an added advantage.
Understanding of scripting/troubleshooting issues related to it.
Workstation performance issues troubleshooting
Experience in Microsoft Office 2007/Experience in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
Good in terms of logical approach towards troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications/other applications.
Experience Profile Must have experience in End user support, infrastructure and service request management
Good to have knowledge in ITIL framework
Should work independently/Should be proactive to identify the problem and work for solution
should be ok for 24*7 shift whenever required (rotational)
there would be additional shift allowance/transport facilities
