Identify profitable new routes for expansion of business in the city
Achieve own sales target ( revenues/ no. of jobs/value per job) and lead the team to achieve the city sales targets
Provide inputs for CRM programs for Customers based on market insights, customer interactions.
Provide inputs for the sales strategy based on Field insights, market trends, customer requirements/expectations, Competitor strategy/presence, Local ecosystems.
Acquistion of new customers
Achieving Higher Share of wallet of existing customers
Responsible for NPS of commuters
Maintaining relationship with customers and resolving customer concerns/ incident management.
Identify and evaluate new opportunies for business development
Design and implement BTL activities for new customer acquisition and improved yield
Recommend and implement pricing changes to improve profitability
Identify and execute multiple demand centres in the city for increased fleet utilisation
Identify new mobility user cases for fleet penetration
