Responsibilities and Duties

Handle office interactions with visitors/ Clients.
This includes answering phone inquiries, and handling requests or complaints in a professional manner
.Keep track of work on daily basis.
Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma/ 10+2/ Graduate(any)
Good organization, scheduling and time management skills.
Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills.
